TPC Injection / Extrusion
Thermoplastic copolyester elastomers are characterized by a large number of particularly good physical properties. Here is an overview of the most important of them:
- High wear and abrasion resistance
- Good resistance to chemicals and weathering
- Good dynamic properties such as creep and fatigue
- Very good resistance to chemicals, oils and greases
- High impact resistance
- High load capacity
- Very high strength over a wide temperature range
- Very versatile in processing, easy to color
- Good electrical insulation
- Low moisture absorption
- Exceptional resistance to flex fatigue
- Resistance to high peak temperatures
- Exceptionally good adhesion in the two-stage injection molding process (ABS / PBT / PC / metals)
The requirements for our compound for your finished product are diverse. Today we have two quality levels in our range with which we can cover a large number of these different requirements:
Regranulate series
- Material used: predominantly regrind from clean production waste
- Slight fluctuations in the mechanical properties from batch to batch are possible
- Suitable for applications with simple to medium technical requirements
- Shore hardness from Shore D35 to Shore D70
Polysan series
- Material used: granulates made from virgin material
- Suitable for applications with medium to higher technical requirements
- Shore hardness from Shore D35 to Shore D70
