The topic of sustainability is becoming more important for our CO2-footprint every day. We at PolyTherm have been living this sustainability for almost 30 years now as a manufacturer of TPU, TPS, TPV and TPC compounds made from regenerated materials. The starting materials for our compounds are high-quality ground materials or production waste from the processing industry.
With our modern cutting mills we shred your sprues and rejects. We then manufacture high-quality regranulates from your production rejects on our extrusion systems.

We now have TPU compounds in injection molding quality available from stock in the colors natural and black.
The high-quality materials are available in Shore hardnesses of Sh. A75 – 95 in the natural version and Sh. A70 – 95 in the color black.

PolyTherm has developed a special TPU compound for use in 3D printers. The special compound is based on high-quality regranulates.
The material is available in shore hardnesses of A80 – A98 in the natural version. The material is packaged as standard in 25 kg bags.
